1. Acceptance
By using MobileTopUP you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country of residence. Business accounts require authorised representatives.
3. The service
MobileTopUP lets you send prepaid mobile top-ups to supported operators in 47+ countries. Coverage, operator list and delivery times are best-effort and may change without notice.
4. Fees
Each top-up shows a clear flat fee at checkout before payment. Fees may vary by destination and amount; the price you see is the price you pay.
5. Refunds
If a top-up fails to deliver, we re-deliver automatically or refund in full at your choice. If you enter the wrong number, contact support within 24 hours — recovery is best-effort and depends on the destination operator.
6. Prohibited use
No fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abuse of promo codes, or use of stolen payment instruments. Suspected violations result in account suspension and reporting to authorities where required.
7. Account responsibility
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MobileTopUP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Direct liability is capped at the value of the disputed transaction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance. Account holders are notified by email.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MobileTopUP is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in the local competent courts unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
