1. Who we are

MobileTopUP is an online mobile top-up service operating at testtest.affarion.com. We let users recharge prepaid mobile numbers in 47+ countries directly from a browser.

2. What we collect

Account data (name, email, hashed password), transaction data (destination country, operator, mobile number, amount, timestamps), payment metadata (tokenised card reference, NOT the card number itself), and standard technical logs (IP, user agent, error traces).

3. Why we collect it

To deliver top-ups to the requested SIM, communicate confirmations and failures, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with financial and AML regulations, and improve the product.

4. Where it goes

Our payment processor (PCI-DSS Level 1) for charging; the destination operator for credit delivery; our hosting and email providers for the technical pipeline. We do not sell personal data and never share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Account data: until you delete the account. Transaction records: as long as financial regulation requires (typically up to 7 years). Technical logs: 90 days.

6. Your GDPR rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Card details never touch our servers — they go straight to our PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are communicated by email to account holders and posted at the top of this page.
