Most top-ups confirm in under 10 seconds. A small number of operators batch loads at peak times, which can push delivery to 1–2 minutes.

PaymentWhich payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All run through a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.

The fee depends on the country, the operator and the amount you send, and is shown clearly before you pay. We don't add hidden FX spreads or surprise charges at checkout.
AccountHow do I create an account?
Click Sign up, enter your email and a password. That's it — no card required until you actually send your first top-up.
AccountI forgot my password.
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. We'll email you a temporary password — sign in with it and set a new one in your account settings.
SecurityIs my card data safe?
Card data never touches our servers — it goes straight to our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We do not store your card details at all: nothing is saved on our side, so you enter your card again at every checkout.
