Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of CODIXERA LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") mobile airtime top-ups and data/voice/SMS bundles ("Top-Ups" and "Bundles") and related services (the "Services") via mobilerings.net (the "Website"). By purchasing, funding a Top-Up, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Key Notices
Delivery depends on the recipient's network. We deliver Top-Ups and Bundles by crediting the recipient mobile number through the relevant local mobile network operator. We do not control that operator's network, and delivery times, exact bundle content and validity periods are set by the operator, not by us.
Product availability may vary by operator and country, and can change without notice due to circumstances outside our control (for example, an operator ending a promotion or changing its network).
You are responsible for entering the correct recipient mobile number and selecting the correct operator/country. A Top-Up or Bundle delivered to an incorrect number as a result of information you provided generally cannot be reversed once delivered.
Bundle content, validity period and any use restrictions (for example, data-only or local-use-only) are set by the receiving mobile operator and described, to the best of our knowledge, on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. Definitions
"Top-Up": a credit of airtime or balance applied to a specified mobile number on a supported network.
"Bundle": a defined package of data, voice minutes and/or SMS applied to a specified mobile number for a set validity period, as described on the product page.
"Promo Code": a code, offered at our discretion, that provides a discount, credit, or other benefit toward the purchase of a Top-Up or Bundle, subject to any additional terms specified at the time of issuance.
"Recipient Number": the mobile number you specify to receive a Top-Up or Bundle.
"Operator": the mobile network operator serving the Recipient Number.
"Validity Period": the period during which a Bundle (or, where applicable, unused Top-Up credit) can be used, as set by the Operator and stated on the product page.
"Upstream Provider": the mobile network operators, payment processors, and top-up/recharge platform providers we rely on to deliver Top-Ups and Bundles.
"You": the purchaser and/or user of the Services.

4. What We Provide
4.1 We sell mobile airtime Top-Ups and data/voice/SMS Bundles online and deliver them digitally by crediting the Recipient Number, typically within minutes of a successful order, though delivery may occasionally take longer (see Section 6).
4.2 We are your contractual counterparty for the Services. Actual delivery of airtime, data, minutes or SMS to the Recipient Number is carried out through Upstream Providers, namely the relevant Operator and our recharge/top-up platform partners.
4.3 The details shown on the product page and at checkout — Operator, country, Top-Up amount or Bundle content, price, Validity Period, and any use restrictions — form part of the contract between us.
5. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
5.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.
5.2 You are responsible for:
- entering the correct Recipient Number, including the correct country code;
- selecting the correct Operator for the Recipient Number, where this is not detected automatically;
- ensuring the Recipient Number is active and able to receive the Top-Up or Bundle at the time of purchase;
- checking any Operator-specific restrictions shown on the product page before purchase.
5.3 Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you must not use the Services for resale on a commercial scale.
5.4 You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to purchase Top-Ups, Bundles and any additional Services. We may set minimum and maximum Top-Up amounts and apply security checks to prevent fraud and to comply with our legal obligations.
6. Order, Delivery and Timing
6.1 Order and confirmation. Once payment is successful, we process your order and attempt to deliver the Top-Up or Bundle to the Recipient Number. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
6.2 Delivery time. Most Top-Ups and Bundles are delivered within a few minutes, though delivery may occasionally take longer — in rare cases up to 24 hours — due to Operator processing times, network conditions, or verification checks.
6.3 Failed or delayed delivery. If a Top-Up or Bundle cannot be delivered — for example because the Recipient Number is invalid, inactive, or rejected by the Operator — we will notify you and, where appropriate, offer a refund or the option to retry with corrected details, in line with Section 12.
6.4 Recipient number accuracy. We deliver strictly to the Recipient Number you provide. We are not able to reverse a Top-Up or Bundle that has been successfully delivered to an incorrect number supplied by you.
7. Bundle Features, Validity and Fair Use
7.1 Content and validity. The data, voice minutes and/or SMS included in a Bundle, and its Validity Period, are set by the Operator and described on the product page to the best of our knowledge at the time of purchase. Operators may change their own bundle terms from time to time.
7.2 Unused allowance. Unused data, minutes, SMS or Top-Up credit expire at the end of the applicable Validity Period in accordance with the Operator's own terms; we do not control or extend an Operator's expiry rules.
7.3 Use restrictions. Some Bundles may be restricted to data-only use, local use, or specific services, as indicated on the product page; use outside these restrictions is subject to the Operator's standard rates.
7.4 Prohibited use. You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, or attempts to circumvent Operator or payment security controls.
7.5 Fair use / abuse prevention. We may suspend, restrict, or decline to process orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a security risk, including where required by an Upstream Provider.
8. Network Availability and Service Quality
8.1 No guarantee of network performance. We do not operate the mobile networks that carry Top-Ups, Bundles, calls, data or SMS. Actual network coverage, speed and quality are determined by the relevant Operator and are outside our control.
8.2 Outages and maintenance. Delivery may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to Operator system outages or maintenance. We will use reasonable efforts to complete affected orders or, where this is not possible, to refund them.
9. Local Restrictions and Compliance
9.1 Certain countries or Operators apply their own registration, KYC, or usage restrictions to mobile numbers and top-ups. You are responsible for ensuring the Recipient Number is eligible to receive the Top-Up or Bundle under local rules.
9.2 If local restrictions prevent successful delivery, this may not qualify for a refund unless required by law, or unless we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
10. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
10.1 Currency and taxes. Prices are shown at checkout, generally in EUR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, including VAT, will be displayed where required.
10.2 Balance model. Where you maintain a balance with us, you fund it using the payment methods available at checkout; purchases of Top-Ups and Bundles are then deducted from that balance.
10.3 No cash-out. Any balance held with us is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another user, except where required by applicable law.
10.4 Authorisation to charge. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due under these Terms.
10.5 Pricing changes. We may change prices for Top-Ups, Bundles and additional Services at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
10.6 Errors. If we make a pricing or charging error, we may correct it and, where appropriate, refund or re-charge the correct amount in accordance with applicable law.
10.7 Promo codes. From time to time, we may offer promotional codes that provide a discount, credit, or other benefit ("Promo Codes"). Promo Codes are subject to any additional terms specified at the time of issuance, may be limited to a single use per user or account, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse to honor any Promo Code at any time, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
11. Consumer Cancellation (UK) and Digital Content Acknowledgement
11.1 Top-Ups and Bundles are digital content/services delivered electronically. If you are a UK consumer, you may ordinarily have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days; however, you acknowledge that once a Top-Up or Bundle has been successfully delivered to the Recipient Number, your right to cancel that order is lost to the extent permitted by law.
11.2 Where required, we will obtain your express consent and acknowledgement of this at checkout.
12. Refunds and Troubleshooting
12.1 General approach. Because Top-Ups and Bundles are digital and typically delivered within minutes, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.
12.2 No refunds after successful delivery. Once a Top-Up or Bundle has been successfully delivered to the Recipient Number, it is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate — for example, an incorrect charge or a fraud-prevention outcome.
12.3 Typical eligible scenarios:
- we fail to deliver and cannot remedy this promptly;
- delivery fails due to our fault or that of an Upstream Provider;
- an incorrect charge occurred.
12.4 Typical non-eligible scenarios:
- the Recipient Number was entered incorrectly by you;
- the wrong Operator, country, or Bundle was purchased where the correct information was clearly displayed;
- the Bundle allowance was not used before the Operator's Validity Period ended;
- local restrictions on the Operator's side prevented use after successful delivery.
12.5 How to request support/refund. Please contact support with: your order number and the email used at purchase; the Recipient Number and Operator/country; a description of the issue and, where relevant, supporting screenshots.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 We may suspend or decline to process orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited use, or a security risk, or if required to do so by law or an Upstream Provider.
13.2 If your access is suspended or terminated due to your breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
Our Website, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own personal use in accordance with these Terms.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
15.1 We process personal data under our Privacy Policy.
15.2 For order processing and delivery, we and/or Upstream Providers may process technical and transaction identifiers, such as the Recipient Number, Operator, and order/delivery status.
15.3 If you purchase a Top-Up or Bundle for another person, you confirm that you have the right to provide their mobile number for this purpose.
16. Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16.2 Subject to Clause 16.1, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill;
- issues caused by an incorrect Recipient Number or Operator selected by you;
- third-party network outages, Operator issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
16.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
17.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Services, but complex software is never wholly free of defects, errors or bugs. We give no warranty that the Services will be free from downtime, data loss, delay, or similar issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Services, or any part of them, at any time; to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for making such changes. In exceptional and limited cases, the Services may be unavailable due to human, digital, mechanical, telecommunications, software or other failures, the timing and duration of which we cannot predict or control.
THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, SUITABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR WEBSITE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.
18. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update these Terms and/or our product offering from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Material changes affecting active orders will only be made where necessary or permitted by law.
19. Complaints
If you wish to raise a concern, complaint or dispute about our Website or Services, please contact us first so that we can investigate and resolve the matter directly.
You can submit a complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint", including your full name, order number (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 Business Days and aim to provide a full response or resolution within 15 Business Days. If more time is required, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.
If you remain unsatisfied with our final response, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as described in Section 20 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution).
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to those laws. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection afforded to consumers by the mandatory rules of law of the country in which you live.
If you reside in the EEA or Switzerland, the online dispute resolution platform at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu can be used to resolve disputes between us and you arising from these Terms.
UK consumers may seek Alternative Dispute Resolution through CEDR (cedr.com/consumer). We will cooperate in good faith with any eligible ADR process.
21. Miscellaneous
Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the relevant product description and referenced policies, form the entire agreement between us.
Primary language: These Terms may be made available in multiple languages for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail and shall be the authoritative text.
