MobileTopUP is an online mobile top-up service. We let anyone with a payment card recharge a prepaid SIM in any of 47+ supported countries, directly from a browser, in under a minute.
BasicsDo I need an account to send a top-up?
You can send a single top-up as a guest. Creating a free account unlocks a saved contact book, full transaction history and one-tap repeats.
BasicsCan I top up my own number?
Absolutely. Many travellers top up their own foreign SIM while abroad — same flow, same fee, same delivery times.
CoverageHow long does a top-up take?
Most top-ups confirm in under 10 seconds. A small number of operators batch loads at peak times, which can push delivery to 1–2 minutes; you'll see live status either way.

PaymentWhich payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All run through a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
PaymentHow much is the fee?
One flat fee per top-up, shown clearly before you pay. We don't add hidden FX spreads or surprise charges at checkout.
PaymentCan I cancel after paying?
Most top-ups deliver too fast to cancel. If a send is still pending and you contact us within a couple of minutes, we'll do our best to stop it.
AccountHow do I create an account?
Click Sign up, enter your name, email and a password. That's it — no card required until you actually send your first top-up.
AccountCan I delete my account?
Yes. Log in, open Settings → Account → Delete. We remove your profile and contact book immediately; transaction records are retained only as long as financial regulation requires.
AccountI forgot my password.
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. We'll email a single-use reset link, valid for 30 minutes.
SecurityIs my card data safe?
Card data never touches our servers — it goes straight to our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. Logged-in users can tokenise a card for faster repeat checkout; the token can be revoked any time from your account settings.
